About
Sometimes life gets hard, and we get stuck. Life experiences, trauma, sexual trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, neglect, abuse, anxiety, depression, guilt, grief, loss, low self-esteem, OCD, ADHD, career confusion–all of these and more are detours that can rob us of the peace and joy available to us every day. My name is Christi Moreno, MS LPC. I have been working with and empowering individuals for several years.
